  • What's the difference between Ready to Ship, Made to Order, and Build- A -Wig Units?"
    Ready to Ship Wigs are custom units that are already made with the specifications and style shown and will be shipped as soon as you order. Made to Order Wigs are custom units that give you the chance to get a similar look to a unit made in the past. The unit is made after you order so you can request to change small things about it such as the length, basic color, style, parting, or baby hair. Wigs made with the Build- A -Wig Workshop are the most customizable option for units on this site. You have full creative control on your wig that is made with your personal head measurments, with the wig type, length, color, style, and even the amount of baby hairs(or none) you choose.
  • How do I measure my head?
    Please use the attached guide to measure your head. You can use a tape measure or a string and a ruler. Only measurment 1 & 2 is required but for more customized fit, please include the rest in your Build- A - Wig orders.
  • What is the difference between a frontal and a closure?
    Frontals are usually 13x4 inches. Typically, they offer more diverse styling choices, as they offer parting from "ear to ear". For deeper parting spaces, purchase a 13x6 inch frontal. Closures are usually 4x4 inches and cover a smaller area of the head. The styling and parting options are not as diverse, but they are lower maintenance. For lower maintence than a frontal and more parting space, order a 5x5 or 6x6 closure.
  • How are units secured?
    All Frannic Dollhouse units come with an adjustable elastic band and a wig comb or wig clips for leave out units. Wigs are made to be worn glueless or with glue. It's all up to your preference.
  • How do I care for my Virgin Indian Hair?
    Wash and condition hair bundles before use. (All styled wigs are already washed) Always allow hair to air dry fully. Avoid using excessive heat on hair. Deep condition hair every 2-3 weeks. When combing or brushing, start at the ends and gradually make your way up to the roots. Keep curly hair moisturized with a light leave in conditioner. Avoid using an excess amount of products such as oils in hair. Be very gentle with the lace on the wigs, they can be torn if too much force is applied.
  • An item I want is not on the site. What should I do?
    If you want a custom wig made, head over to our Build-A-Wig Workshop where you have full creative control of length, color, and style. If it is another length or texture you want for a bundle for example, you can talk to us from our chat box, shoot us an email to frannicdollhouse@gmail.com or direct message on our social media and we can create a custom order for you.
  • What is the processing time for orders?
    There is a processing time of up to 5 business days for . Pre-order and customized orders require a processing time of up to 30 days, depending on the product specifications. Due to Covid-19 there may be a delay in shipping, which is handled by USPS.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Processing and packaging ranges between 1-20 business days (M-F) depending on the item selected. Custom/preorder items usually take longer than others. Shipping is via USPS which is the time selected during checkout. Tracking information will be sent to the email listed on your order once items are processed. We will not be held responsible for packages left unattended and confirmed delivered! You must take responsibility for tracking your packages once processing and tracking email has been sent. ​ Please be aware that if you provide an incorrect address you will be charged a reshipping fee. Unfortunately, once the post office has your package it’s out of our control of delivery, time frames, and missing packages. Please inform us if your package is missing and we will help you complete a claim. You can contact the post office @ 1(800) 275-8777. ​
  • What is the Return/ Exchange Policy?
    Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product to suit your needs. If you have any questions about our products, please contact customer service.
  • What is Your Policy for Booking Appointments?
    All clients are required to send a picture of your valid photo ID to frannicdollhouse@gmail.com. You can cross out your ID Number. If you fail to do so, your appointment will be cancelled. Feel free to also send a picture of the look you would like done ahead of time. Deposits/ Rescheduling/ Cancellations: ・Nonrefundable deposit is required & deducted from your total. Remainder is due on the day of your appointment. ・Clients are allowed to reschedule once for a new appointment if done at least 24 hours before appointment. ・Deposit will go toward the new rescheduled appointment that is within 40 days of the original appointment. ・If you cancel the appointment yourself or are a no show the cancellation is final. ALL DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL & NONREFUNDABLE Courtesy Rules: ・NO Extra Guests/ NO Kids ・There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there is a $15 Late Fee ・After 30 minutes late, $25 late fee or appointment may be automatically cancelled to avoid going into someone else's appointment. ・No call/no shows will not be able to book future appointments. For Health & Sanitary Purposes: ・We will not provide any hair/makeup services if you have any of the following: active bleeding, exposed flesh wounds, pink eye, ring worm, stye, severe breakouts, active cold sore breakouts on the area to be serviced. ・We will not provide service if you have had or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 3 weeks prior to your appointment. ・If any of the above apply please cancel/reschedule. ・Please inform the makeup artist if you are allergic to anything prior to the service. ・Frannic LLC is not liable for any claims, demands, and legal actions caused by the performance of service.
